Children are much more adept at adapting themselves to a new environment than adults. Paratha would be a good option for lunch. It is always better to pack food stuff that can be easily eaten like paratha (My girls eat these type of foods better than rice dishes). Sometimes I pack tiffin items like aloo poha or khichdi or idli. You can also try sandwichesnif she likes to eat sandwiches. Since you are bringing her back in the afternoon I don't think she needs a snack but on a regualr basis you can send her some flavored yogurt or some fresh fruit for a snack if needed.
